Who is The Reset for?
Founders, executives and investors who run hard, want to keep running hard, and are done trading their sleep, fitness and family time to do it.
How much time does it take?
About two hours a week at home: one coaching session, a KLZ session every other week and your own practice. Plus four days in month two and three days in month five.
Can I keep working?
Yes. We build the program around your calendar, including travel. On the immersions we protect the mornings and evenings; what you do with the middle of the day is your call.
What does the physician actually do?
A full assessment, the labs that matter for you, a read of your wearable data and a plan built with your coach. When medication is the right call, your physician prescribes it. See physician care.
Can I get a specific medication or treatment?
Your physician decides what is right for you, and we never promise a particular prescription. You get a physician who has time for you and data to work from.
Who sees my health information?
Your physician. Your record stays with the practice. Your coach sees what you choose to share, and nothing else.
Do I have to go in the ocean?
No. Epic's instructors pick each session for the conditions and for you, and every ocean session has a land alternative of equal standing.
Is the spiritual side required?
No. Choose Reiki, ceremony or meditation if you want them, or training and walks instead.
Do you offer psychedelic-assisted care?
We offer preparation and integration coaching, and introductions to vetted, licensed clinics where that care is legal. The clinic delivers the care and decides who it is right for. See integration.
What does it cost?
$25,000 for three months, $45,000 for six, and $1,500 a month to continue. The practice bills physician care and prescriptions at cost. See investment.
What is included in an immersion?
Private room, chef-cooked meals, instruction, KLZ practice, coaching and local transfers. Flights are the only thing you book.
What happens after six months?
You leave with a plan for the next six. If you want to keep your coach and KLZ, the $1,500 monthly continuation does exactly that.
