Set the pattern
The first immersion builds the routine you will carry home: sleep, training, food and the hour you think.
Five guests, private rooms and a coastline built for early mornings. Month two sets the pattern. Month five sharpens it.
A sample day from the four-day immersion. We build each guest's day around their plan.
First light. Breathwork and movement with KLZ on the deck while the sun comes up over the water.
On the water. Kiteboarding, wing foil or e-foil with Epic's instructors, matched to the wind and to you. Or a garden walk and training session on land.
Breakfast from the farm. The house chef cooks what Epic Gardens grows.
One to one. Coaching on the week you are going home to, not an abstract one.
Recovery. Rest, a long walk, or nothing at all. Guarded, unscheduled time.
KLZ practice. Mind-body session, with Reiki or a tea ceremony for those who want it.
The table. A shared dinner, then an early night. The house is quiet by nine.

Back to the coast with three months of data. Refine what works and raise the bar.
Private bedrooms, a house chef, local transfers and instructors who know your name by breakfast.
Epic's instructors read the wind and water each morning and pick the right session for the conditions and for you. Prefer to stay on land? Every ocean session has an alternative of equal standing: garden and farm, training, a long coastal walk. The immersions are substance-free.
